Step 1 — Apply to AAE

Fee: $100 application fee

Step 2 — Receive AAE Documents

Receive AAE documents:

Acceptance Letter

Form I-20 

Step 3 — Pay SEVIS Fee

Pay the $350 SEVIS Fee at

www.fmjfee.com

Fee: $350

Step 4 — Apply for Visa and Schedule Interview

Complete visa application and schedule an interview online:

Fee: $185 

Step 5 — Prepare for Interview

Gather required documents before visa interview.

Step 6 —Attend Visa Interview at U.S. Embassy/Consulate

A consular officer will interview you to determine if you are qualified for a student visa.

The officer will either issue or refuse the visa.

 Step 7 — Prepare for U.S. Trip

Upon visa approval, finalize travel plans and accommodation. 

 Step 8 — Enter the U.S. and report to AAE on Registration Day.

After arriving to the U.S., report to AAE for orientation and placement exam. Pay tuition. 

 Step 9 — Study at AAE!
